HR Business Partner
Part-time | 30–35 hours per week (over 5 days) | £55,000 (pro-rata) | Sudbury
Our client, a well-established UK manufacturing business with a strong heritage and a modern, forward-looking mindset are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team in Sudbury.

This HR Business Partner role will see you reporting to the Finance Director and operating as a key member of the Leadership Team. The role offers continuity as well as opportunity; maintaining and building on established people practices while continuing to evolve the HR agenda in line with the needs of the business. One of the key focuses over the next 12 months will be the curation and delivery of a management training programme.
This position will suit an experienced HR generalist who enjoys having real ownership and influence, and who is comfortable balancing strategic input at leadership level with hands-on operational delivery

You will be an experienced HR professional who thrives in a stand-alone or highly autonomous HR role, ideally within an SME or manufacturing environment.
