As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at the School of Clinical Medicine, you will proactively support managers across the full spectrum of HR. You will develop an in-depth understanding of your area and work in partnership with key stakeholders to advise on and implement people focused HR solutions, applying best practice to foster a positive workplace culture. We are looking for a skilled HR professional that has experience of case work, and a passion for building effective relationships and identifying opportunities for improvement.

As well as working within the Clinical School HR Team and the wider HR Business Partner network, you will also have contact with HR experts across the University including those centrally specialising in policy, resourcing and learning and development.
