This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, complex and evolving organisation at a pivotal point in its transformation journey. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with a designated Directorate, supporting leaders to shape and deliver their people and change agenda.
This is initially a 12 week assignment to start asap until 17th April and travel will be required between 2 sites in Cambridgeshire with 3-4 days per week on-site.
The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted adviser and strategic partner to senior leaders, influencing decision‑making and enabling delivery of workforce priorities that align with both local and corporate strategies.
You will play a key role in diagnosing people and organisational challenges, translating strategic objectives into practical workforce solutions, and ensuring consistent, high‑quality people management across the organisation.
Working collaboratively with fellow Business Partners and specialist centres of expertise, you will contribute to the wider leadership of the Workforce & OD
