Location: Farnborough
Role Type: Permanent Full or Part-Time
Role ID: 19238
Are you ready to be part of the future? At QinetiQ, we’re not just imagining tomorrow we are creating it. From cutting-edge defence technology to ground-breaking innovations our mission is to empower and protect lives. Join us as a HR Coordinator at our Farnborough site, where you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in partnership with some of the most brilliant minds.
Role Purpose:
The HR Process Co-Ordinator is responsible for delivering and coordinating complex HR administrative services. These include employee lifecycle changes, reward, benefits & organisation development administration, and cyclical people processes.
The role ensures operational excellence and compliance, partners with Centre’s of Expertise and HRBPs, and supports continuous improvement in employee experience, system workflows, and service metrics. The role holder will be part of the Employee Services team, which includes AskHR, Payroll, Talent Attraction, Onboarding and Manager Advice.
This is a great role to build a breadth of knowledge across many core HR activities and also support the strategic owners of each activity in the People Leadership Team (PLT). As such this can be a great foundation for further career growth into more senior HR roles (thus why the successful applicant will either have CIPD Level 3 or 5 or being willing to study and gain that qualification).
The team sits within the broader Enterprise Services Function alongside other key service lines, such as IT and Financial Services, providing that alternate route for progression. It’s a small team of 4 that is highly capable. It would be expected you would be on-site at least 3 days per week.
