Role: People/HR Technical Analyst
Location: East Sussex / Brighton
Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 (DOE)
Hybrid Working: 2 days per week onsite
Requirement: Must have hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the bi-annual SAP SuccessFactors release process, including preparation, testing, and implementation across all active modules.
- Manage the daily operations of People Technology Systems, serving as the primary point of contact with the software provider or BAU partner as the system expert/administrator.
- Drive the implementation of global best practices within People Technology Systems.
- Provide ongoing support and development for global People Technology platforms.
- Ensure appropriate user access levels in compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
- Translate business requirements into functional configurations and support project delivery within People Technology.
- Maintain and improve workflows that support self-service capabilities and enable seamless transactional experiences.
- Manage and resolve system incidents, including prioritisation, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution.
- Implement system fixes and configuration changes as needed to address defects.
- Deliver training sessions to People Team users within the region.
- Oversee job architecture, including job families, roles, job codes, positions, and organisational structures, ensuring accurate data mapping and quality control.
- Maintain and distribute core People Team reports across all global markets, ensuring consistency and accuracy from source systems.
- Monitor and improve global data quality by performing KPI-aligned checks, tracking performance, and executing data cleansing and purging where required.
Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in People Technology design and configuration
- High attention to detail and accountability for deliverables
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of GDPR and local legal requirements
- Experience in an HR analytics or HR systems-focused role
- Proven ability working with HR reporting and data
