Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage HR processes efficiently while ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal policies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering all HR functions — from recruitment and onboarding to maintaining accurate employee records — with a strong emphasis on digital HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and exit processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HR digital platforms.
Advise managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and best practice.
Support performance management, learning & development, and staff engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and GDPR requirements.
Generate HR metrics and reports for management.
Mandatory Requirements
CIPD Qualification (Level 3 minimum; Level 5 or above desirable).
Proven experience in HR administration and management.
Demonstrable experience in using HR digital platforms HRIS (e.g. Odoo, Zohoo, BambooHR, PeopleHR, iTrent, or similar).
Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
