Location: Central London (onsite with flexibility)

A high-growth Tech business focussed on the marketing sector is looking for a Customer Success Project Manager to join their London team.


This is a hands on role working closely with the CEO to ensure clients are onboarding successfully and maximise the product.

The position is ideal for someone who understands the marketing agency landscape (Performance and Media preferably), enjoys working closely with clients, configuring data-driven solutions, and running multiple projects at once. It offers the chance to have real ownership and influence in a fast-growing business.


Key responsibilities

  • Showcasing Platform and onboarding: Lead new client implementations from first setup through to full rollout.
  • Supporting Technical configurations: Adapt structures, logic, and language to match customer needs.
  • Project management: Keep multiple delivery timelines on track, managing stakeholders, blockers, and communication.
  • Support Content: Build documentation, guides, and tools that enable customers to be more self-sufficient.
  • Post go-live support: Partner with clients to drive adoption, uncover new use cases, and support expansion.
  • Ongoing Product development: Share insights from customers with Product & Data teams to help shape future development.
  • Continuous Business Improvement: Contribute to improving internal processes, tools, and workflows as the business grows.

Candidate profile

  • Ideally experience or understanding of how Media, Digital or Performance Marketing agencies work
  • Experience in client onboarding, implementation, or delivery roles.
  • Strong data literacy – comfortable working with structured data, metrics, and logic.
  • Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to build trusted relationships.
  • Commercially aware, with a focus on driving customer value and adoption.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to improve processes.


Bonus skills:

  • Familiarity with agency reporting workflows or BI tools (e.g. Looker, dbt, AgencyAnalytics).
  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced delivery environment.
