Hygiene Supervisor

We are a leading food production company committed to delivering safe, high-quality products. We are looking for a dedicated Hygiene Supervisor to ensure our production facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage hygiene and sanitation procedures across the production facility.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000, and local standards).
• Schedule, oversee, and train cleaning staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, surfaces, and storage areas.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning and hygiene compliance.
• Report and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in hygiene, sanitation, or quality assurance within a food production environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently on night shifts.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
