Job role description:
Support the operations of the Mainframe CICS infrastructure.
Responsible for carrying out BAU tasks for application owners. These include CICS resource definitions online (terminals, programs, bundles etc.), defining new CICS regions, Define zCEE servers, CICS upgrade, third party tools etc.
Incident Management, Change Management on Service Now, BMC Remedy on Demand Tool.
Ability to work off hours and weekends to support change implementation. Ability to support client systems in a 24/7 on- call rotation.
Setting up architecture for CICSPLEX Setup, CMAS, WUI and MRO region Setup and troubleshoot related issues at system level.
