Key Responsibilities
- General inventory control and quality assurance duties which includes stock investigations, customer queries, working with both inbound and outbound teams to ensure a team performance meets or exceeds commitment to our service promise to customers, and expectations of productivity and quality.
- Minimise stock loses ensuring all investigations are effectively carried out.
Experience And Skills Required
- You will be self-motivated and have a dedicated approach using you own initiative to problem solve.
- You will be able to deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively to all stake holders at all levels
- Ability to perform to high personal performance standards consistently and with a positive approach to tasks and people.
- Work well under pressure and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Experience with Microsoft and warehouse management systems preferable and good email etiquette.
