ICT DESKTOP NETWORK SUPPORT (TIER 2) 35 HOURS PER WEEK PERMANENT
Are you ready to take your ICT career to the next level? We're looking for a dynamic, customer-focused
ICT Desktop Network Support Specialist to join our forward-thinking team and help drive digital excellence across our college campuses.
What Youll Do
As a key player in our ICT Service Delivery team, youll:
- Deliver high-quality support through our ITIL-based service desk.
- Maintain and configure desktops, tablets, mobile devices, and AV systems.
- Administer wired and wireless networks, unified communications, and security protocols.
- Deploy software and manage desktop imaging across the college.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support cyber security initiatives.
- Collaborate on cross-college projects and mentor junior ICT staff.
What Youll Bring
- HNC in Computing or equivalent SCQF Level 7 qualification (HND or vendor certifications like Cisco/MCSE are a plus!)
- Proven experience in ICT support and customer care.
- Expertise in desktop operating systems, M365 Office, Active Directory and Entra.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to travel across campuses when needed.
