Role: IDAM Solution Specialist

Location: Sheffield (Hybrid 2-3 days in a week)

Job Type: Contract

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions within a global transformation program.
• Develop architectural documentation including HLDs, LLDs, and sequence diagrams.
• Engage with clients technical and architectural forums to drive IDAM solution approval and integration.
• Communicate business-aligned technology strategies to stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Oversee successful implementation of assigned IDAM components, managing interdependencies, risks, and issues.

Key Requirements

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in large-scale IDAM implementations, including authentication, access governance, and privileged access management (PAM).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
• In-depth understanding of IDAM technologies (e.g., SailPoint, ForgeRock, CyberArk, Okta, Azure PIM, Savyint, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash), architectural best practices, and security frameworks.
• Experience with architectural tools and disciplines including integration, application rearchitecting, and governance.

Desirable Skills

• Financial services experience with understanding of regulatory and business impacts of IAM.
• Broad knowledge of cybersecurity architecture and leadership in global, complex environments.
• Strong program architecture experience with financial and commercial awareness.
• Collaborative, cross-cultural leadership skills in matrixed organizations.
