Job Title: Immigration Coordinator

Location: Lincoln

Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract

We are looking for an Immigration Coordinator to support the timely mobilisation of Field Engineers to global projects. This role is critical in ensuring all visa requirements are met, maintained, and aligned with business demand, enabling both planned and unplanned project work to proceed without delay.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage visa processes to ensure Field Engineers are able to mobilise to projects on time
• Ensure the number of valid visas held meets defined KPIs to support operational demand
• Provide visas for Lincoln-based Field Service Engineers in line with known and forecast workload
• Maintain accurate records of visa status, validity, and expiry dates
• Work closely with Resource Planners to align visa availability with project schedules and global mobilisation needs
• Support the business with effective immigration coordination to enable smooth international deployments

Key Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in immigration coordination, visa administration, or global mobility support
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple visa applications and deadlines
• High attention to detail and strong administrative capability
• Confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with planners, engineers, and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment with changing priorities
