We’re searching for a UK-based Implementation Consultant to join our Client Services team, so that we can deliver industry-leading implementation support for our customers. The Implementation Consultant will configure, train, and deploy our HealthSuite product to ensure excellent outcomes for our clients and help realise our mission of safer, better healthcare.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Build strong working relationships with team members and customers to ensure consistent project success
- Perform data analysis using customer and RLDatix data to inform and guide project decisions
- Configure the HealthSuite product in line with best practice standards to meet client needs
- Deliver engaging training sessions to ensure clients can confidently use the HealthSuite product
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, presentations, and demonstrations for clients and internal teams
- Monitor and report project progress, escalating risks and ensuring governance requirements are met
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
- Experience in a customer-facing or service delivery role, preferably within software or healthcare
- Proven success in managing multiple priorities and delivering within tight timeframes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Sincere interest in improving healthcare safety and quality
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to travel
