Purpose of the Job
The Implementation Executive will support with the planning , delivery and execution of client f acing projects to deploy HH Global solutions. The role will incorporate projects for both new clients, as well as the growth and expansion of existing client within our portfolio.
With a strong project and change management focus the Implementation Executive will par ticipate in the coordination of project resource s , the creation and maintenance of project documentation , as well as status reporting and stakeholder management .
Working alongside Implementation Managers the Implementation Executive will deliver projects utilizing the agreed project methodologies and templates and ensure that best practise business procedures are followed and adopted at all times . The Implementation Executive will help ensure clients and our internal stakeholders have a smooth and successful transition as they launch HH Global products and services.
The candidate must be located within Europe.
Key responsibilities
- P rovides project management support for assessments and implementation projects
- Drive project management excellence and adherence to defined processes and practices
- Initiate change m anagement programs to support client and internal stakeholder s t hrough a successful transition
- Work with the wider Implementation and Transition Enablement teams to deliver projects and internal initiatives
- Build and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in key projects
- Participate in the d e sign, scoping and implement ation of operational ly e fficient s olutions for clients
- Identify and understand client requirements and deliverables
- Manage project reporting and stakeholder status updates
- Help create process maps with in Lucid Chart to document current and future processes
- Create and maintain project timelines, action log s and risk trackers in Smart Sheet or Microsoft office tools
- C oordinate v irtual team s/workstream leads to support the successful delivery of all projects
- Continually look for inefficiencies and opportunities to improve or streamline business processes to improve overall workflow and client experience
- Create client facing project documentation and meeting minutes
- Create clear and compelling presentations that align to the HH Global brand
- Regularl y report on achievements and issues, escalating issues where required
- Support in the risk management and mitigation within projects
- Travel to and work on-site in various client locations during key stages of implementation
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Busine ss, Ec o nomi c s, Mark e ti n g, Finan c e, S u pply Ch a in, or a related field is required
- P revious clien t interfacing o r customer service expe rience
- Previous experience in a professional business environment is advantageous
- Experience in or knowledge of project management methodologies is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with varying audien c e
- Proactive team player, with the ability to work in dependently
- Enthusiasm and keenness to learn new skills and develop knowledge
- Driven and passionate individual with a drive to continuously hit goals and success
- Problem solver with a proactive inquisitive nature
- Fluent in business English, both written and verbal
- Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel, Word , and PowerPoint
- Willing to travel
