We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Import Supervisor to join our team at Uniserve Group. As a key member of our Import Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our import shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of Import Operations Clerks
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of import documentation
• Liaise with customs brokers, shipping lines, and other relevant parties
• Monitor and manage import shipments from booking to delivery
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the import process
• Provide support and guidance to the Import Operations team
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions
  
  

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in import operations
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Experience with customs clearance software (e.g., Descartes, NCTS)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
