We are currently seeking a driven and experienced BPA Senior Administration Manager to join their innovative operations department. This is a permanent position based in their dynamic office in Manchester.
Role & Responsibilities
The BPA Senior Administration Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the pensions administration team. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the pension administration department.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in pension calculations and communications.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve departmental performance.
- Managing relationships with stakeholders, including clients and external partners.
- Leading, mentoring, and coaching team members to foster a collaborative and productive environment.
Key Skills
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Extensive experience in DB pensions administration (~15+ years' experience)
- Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to make decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
