In-House Counsel

Our Client, a global alternatives asset manager, is looking to add an experienced funds counsel to their London team.

This position will be ideal for candidates with depth across institutional funds. Exposure to wealth products like UCIs or the broader private (UHNW) wealth management space would be highly desirable given the growth in that vertical across the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Establishment, distribution and management of fund products
• Coverage of a broad range of private markets products for institutional and UHNW clients

Requirements:

• Strong academic track record
• 4-7 years PQE asset managment and private funds experience
• A good in-house track record - highly desirable - secondments will be considered
• Must have qualified into a ranked funds practice
