In-House Legal Specialist/Paralegal

Are you a legal professional with a passion for commercial contracts? Our Procurement team is expanding, and we’re seeking a Legal Specialist to support our global procurement team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse contracts, collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, and contribute to shaping best practices during an exciting period of growth.

What You'll Do:

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on a variety of commercial supplier contracts from start to finish.

• Collaborate with the Office of the General Counsel and Information Security teams on supplier due diligence.

• Provide clear, pragmatic advice to stakeholders on legal and commercial risks.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

• Support the development of contract templates and precedents to improve efficiency.

• Maintain and enhance contracting processes and technology, including lifecycle management systems.

• Deliver training to the Procurement team on legislative and regulatory changes.

Who We're Looking For:

• Legal qualification (e.g., LLB, CILEX) with 2+ years’ experience in commercial contracts, ideally in procurement.

• Strong knowledge of legal issues in contracting, including data protection and IP.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and commercial awareness skills.

• Resilient professional with the ability to deliver clear advice.

• Organised team player with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
