A leading UK law firm is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join its specialist Incentives team in London. The team advises a wide range of clients from fast-growing private companies to publicly listed groups on all aspects of employee incentive plans including executive schemes, share plans, employee benefit trusts and related tax and regulatory matters. The role offers a blend of standalone advisory work and transactional projects involving IPOs, M&A and restructurings.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with between NQ and six years’ PQE, strong academic credentials and preferably experience in share plans and HMRC approved schemes. You should be proactive, collaborative and able to add immediate value to the team.
