A leading digital healthcare organisation delivering mental health services across the UK is undertaking an ambitious transformation of its Governance function — and they are looking for an experienced Incident & Risk Manager to take a pivotal role in building what excellence looks like.

The Role: A High-Impact Mission
You’ll take the lead on incident and risk management across a remote healthcare organisation that operates at pace and scale. This includes:
🔹 Incident Management
🔹 Risk Leadership
🔹 Governance & Compliance
Why This Role Matters
You will play a foundational role in creating a modern, mature governance function that genuinely enables patient safety, continual learning, and operational resilience.
You’ll have the autonomy to influence systems, tools, and processes — including involvement in the implementation of a new governance platform (Radar or Civica experience = a real advantage).
What You Bring
✔ Significant experience delivering incident & risk management in healthcare, mental health, or social care
✔ Confident leading sensitive and complex investigations independently
✔ Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, Health & Social Care Act, safeguarding and Duty of Candour
✔ Experience maintaining operational and/or clinical risk registers
✔ Passion for embedding a positive reporting culture and continuous improvement
Bonus points if you have:
✨ PSIRF or Root Cause Analysis accreditation
✨ Experience working in remote/digital healthcare
✨ Familiarity with platforms such as Radar or Civica
