We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Inclusion Worker to join our hardworking team at Ethos College.
The successful candidate will be dedicated to supporting our young people reach their full potential. This role will focus on providing positive and aspirational outcomes for pupils with complex social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. This will be achieved through high-quality support and engagement, supporting learning and securing pupils' physical and emotional wellbeing whilst raising their self-esteem.
