As an Income Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Trust’s income is accurate, transparent, and aligned with national healthcare funding standards. You will work at the heart of a dynamic finance team, collaborating with colleagues across the Trust and external partners to provide clear, reliable income reporting that supports vital decision-making. This is a role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, working with complex data, and driving improvements that make a tangible impact on healthcare services. In this role, you will take responsibility for ensuring all patient activity is accurately recorded and priced in line with the National Tariff Payment System (NTPS) rules. You will produce high-quality reports, resolve discrepancies, and deliver insightful analysis for both internal and external stakeholders. Strong communication skills are key, as you will regularly explain complex financial information to non-finance managers. We are looking for someone who is CCAB-qualified (or brings equivalent relevant experience), is confident with Excel, Access, and SQL, and can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You will also play a role in developing and enhancing our income reporting processes as organisational needs evolve, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the role.
