JOB DESCRIPTION
Hours of work: 16.65 hours per week.
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service.
As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata.
Fixed term for: 18 months

We are seeking to recruit an experienced classroom support assistant to join our staff team as an Individual Needs Assistant (INA). This is a fixed term post to support the care and education of pupils with individual needs in Key Stage One.
Applications are welcomed from those with recent experience of managing individual needs within a classroom environment. The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to provide consistent, calm support and encouragement whilst maintaining clear behavioural boundaries.
Working pattern: Five mornings each week, 8.40 am - 12pm, term time only. There may also be the possibility of additional hours on a claims basis.
