JOB DESCRIPTION
Hours of work: 13.75 hours per week
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only working for 39 weeks per year plus 5.85 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service.
As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata.
Fixed term for: 6 months with an option to extend for a further year.

Little Horsted is a successful small rural school situated just off the A26 near Uckfield.
The Governors are seeking to appoint a committed, inspirational, innovative and experienced Individual Needs Assistant (INA) to work in Key Stage 2, Monday to Friday, 12:45 - 3:30pm, starting as soon as possible.
The salary for this role is dependent on experience.
They are looking for a person who has a good knowledge of the Key Stage 2 (KS2) curriculum and experience of working with children within that age range. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and will be able to demonstrate flexibility, enthusiasm, resilience, and a commitment to ensuring every child succeeds.
Prospective candidates should have a level 2 qualification or above, relevant experience and a good working knowledge of child protection, safeguarding procedures and policies that are essential in an education setting.
