Industry Performance Support Manager (Industry Safety)

The WANO London Office is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive industrial safety expert to join our Industry Performance Improvement team. This is a rare opportunity to take on a global-facing role as Industry Performance Support Manager, supporting WANO’s mission to enhance nuclear safety across its member organisations.

In this high-impact position, you’ll provide oversight, technical guidance, and thought leadership to WANO regional centres, cross-functional teams, and London Office staff—ensuring that industrial safety performance is continuously evaluated, understood, and strengthened worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

In this strategic role, you will:

• 📊 Analyse industry data and trends to identify risks and guide performance improvements
• 🧭 Lead initiatives that support members in raising and sustaining industrial safety standards
• 💬 Provide subject matter expertise in safety leadership and management
• 🤝 Collaborate across WANO departments and centres to drive alignment and consistency
• 🛠️ Support development of regional strategies and action plans for member organisations
