Job Title: Influencer Campaign Lead – Lifestyle, Youth Culture & Music Agency
Location: London (Office-based - onsite at client/office, occasional hybrid possible)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £40K - £50K, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end influencer and social campaigns for top-tier lifestyle and entertainment brands, with a focus on youth culture and music.
- Develop strategic plans and deliver on targets, especially for high-profile artists and international acts.
- Manage influencer relationships, identify creators, negotiate partnerships and oversee content delivery.
- Collaborate closely with a major label client to execute strategies across music rosters
- Provide clear briefs and manage junior team members to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Monitor, report and optimise campaigns to ensure objectives are met.
- Support the business as it grows, with opportunities to build and lead your own team.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience managing influencer campaigns within a creative or agency setting.
- Demonstrable understanding of how labels, artists and creator partnerships work.
- Experience leading teams or mentoring junior talent.
- Excellent knowledge of social and digital marketing – especially within music and youth culture.
- Ability to develop infuencer campaign strategies, plan budgets, set targets and deliver results.
- Confident communicator, comfortable pitching ideas and managing multiple priorities.
- Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
