This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots. Our clients include JustEat Takeaway, The Macallan, easyJet, TikTok, and eBay.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. Help track and report on campaign performance.
- Research and Insights: Conduct research on current social media trends, emerging platforms, and potential influencers. Provide insights to support campaign strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative & Paid Social teams to support campaign initiatives and learn how to maximize performance.
- Process Improvement: Assist in developing and refining processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Learning and Development: Engage in training sessions and workshops to build your knowledge and skills in influencer marketing.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the influencer marketing landscape, including different platforms, influencer tiers, and content formats.
- Data Analysis: Support the team in analyzing data to evaluate campaign performance and derive actionable insights.

- Basic understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing concepts.
- Excellent research skills and a keen eye for identifying emerging trends and influencers.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving and learning new skills.
- Eagerness to contribute creative ideas and insights to support campaign strategies.
