Information Security & GRC Director - £200k TC

Role: Information Security & GRC Director

Location: London HQ, 2-3 days in office

Compensation: Up to £200,000 total compensation + benefits

Reporting Line: Chief Risk Officer, dotted line to Global CISO

Lawrence Harvey are partnered with an innovative, market-leading FinTech that are making serious developments within the Global Financial Markets ecosystem. You'll be joining the business during a critical phase of growth whilst contributing towards how enterprise security risk programs are driven and delivered.

You will be directly responsible for leading the design and implementation of Enterprise ISMS frameworks to identify and mitigate risks across their 1st & 2nd LoD functions.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead enterprise Information Security Risk Management across the 1st and 2nd Lines of Defence.
• Serve as the trusted advisor and focal point for Information Security, Technology, and Data risk.
• Embed a strong, collaborative risk management culture.
• Develop and lead high-performing Information Security Risk teams.

What you'll need:

• Extensive experience building and leading Security, Technology, and Data risk programs across the 1st and 2nd Lines of Defence.
• Proven background in highly regulated, low-latency financial markets environments.
• Strong knowledge of security risk frameworks, including NIST CSF and CRI.
• 10+ years’ experience in information security risk management, governance, and operations.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CRISC, CISM) preferred.
