Description

Our client in the Banking sector is seeking an Information Security & IT Risks Manager to join their growing team.

This appointment sits solely in the 2nd LoD and some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited too:

Lead the development and oversight of our information security and technology risk frameworks.
Acts as the firms designated Information Security Officer and subject matter expert on DORA and related regulations, ensuring the protection of data, systems, and technology assets.
Stakeholder Engagements
The position requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on oversight, including risk identification, regulatory compliance, incident management, and raising awareness across the business to strengthen the overall risk and compliance culture.

Experience Required

Experience in IT Risk Management, IT Internal Controls or IT Audit
5+ Years in Financial Services (Ideally Banking)
Exposure to DORA
Knowledge of UK/EU Regulatory Frameworks

💰 Salary - Up to £90,000
