You’ll lead the development of our security strategy and vision, maintain the ISMS as part of our ISO27001 certification, coordinate risk and audit activity, and provide expert steer on architecture while overseeing day ‑ to ‑ day operational security.
You’ll initially line-manage two members of the security team and play a central role in shaping our culture and maturity.
You’ll work with a wide range of teams including IT, Legal, HR, Procurement, and Internal Audit, making a meaningful impact across the business.

It’s a bonus if you’ve worked on privacy impact assessments and supported GDPR compliance.
In personal terms…
You’re pragmatic, resilient, and comfortable making risk-based decisions.
