Information Technology Manager

Gen Phoenix is revolutionising the materials industry by rescuing leather waste and creating premium sustainable products trusted by global brands like Coach and Dr. Martens. As we scale rapidly, we need a proactive IT Manager to drive our technology infrastructure forward.

What you'll lead:

• Manage IT systems, hardware, software, and licensing across the organisation
• Execute key projects, including Cyber Essentials implementation and SharePoint migration
• Create and maintain IT security policies while ensuring compliance
• Oversee IT asset management and vendor relationships
• Provide end-user support and technology guidance
• Drive continuous improvement and explore emerging technologies like AI and automation

You bring:

• Minimum 3 years IT Manager experience or equivalent 3rd line support
• Strong Microsoft hybrid environment expertise (Windows, Azure/Entra, M365, Active Directory)
• Understanding of physical IT infrastructure, firewalls, and networking
• Knowledge of Cyber Essentials requirements
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously
• IT certifications (MCSA, MCSE) are highly desirable
• Passion for learning and developing new technologies

Location: Peterborough, Travel between two Gen Phoenix sites as required
