What You’ll Be Doing

Lead & Deliver:

Take responsibility for delivering concurrent IT and hardware deployment projects from kick‑off to completion - hitting milestones, mitigating risks, and consistently exceeding expectations.

Collaborate & Influence:

Be the central point of communication between internal teams, customers, and external partners, ensuring clarity, alignment, and smooth project progress.

Resource Management:

Build and manage high‑performing project teams, ensuring the right skills are in place and that work is carried out to industry standards.

Financial Ownership:

Oversee project budgets, track performance, control costs, and deliver profit targets with confidence.

Champion Safety:

Promote a strong safety culture - proactively leading behaviours that reduce risk and prevent incidents.

Drive Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance processes, project delivery, and ways of working across the organisation and partner network.

Support & Mentor:

Share your expertise, guide others, and contribute to the growth and development of the wider Projects function.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience successfully managing complex, end‑to‑end projects.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid grounding in financial control, governance, and risk management.
• Confident working with Microsoft Office and established project management tools.
• A proactive, committed approach to health and safety
