Information Technology Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised IT Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time and within scope. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure project objectives align with business goals.

This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience managing IT or technology-driven projects who are ready to take ownership of delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation to closure
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and budgets
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders
• Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role
• Proven experience managing IT or software development projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
• Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello)

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, or equivalent)
• Experience managing cloud, infrastructure, or application development projects
• Familiarity with ITIL or service management practices
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Exposure to budget and vendor management
