Job Description
1.Setup, service catalog, workflow administration, reporting, and integrating modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Catalo
2. Provide expert advice and tailored strategies to help clients optimize product usage and achieve their business goals.
Anticipate client needs, address challenges proactively, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
3. configuring and customizing the ServiceNow S2P solution, automating workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, like ERPs
Proficiency in ServiceNow design and development, scripting (e.g., JavaScript), and knowledge of web technologies are typically required, along with experience in integrating the platform.
4. Implement & Configure ServiceNow HRSD: Design, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions, including workflows, forms, and integrations, to meet client needs.
Requirements Gathering & Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their HR service delivery needs and design customized solutions utilizing ServiceNow HRSD best practices.
