We’re working with a global media company expanding its IT operations. They’re now looking for a Service Operations Analyst to support the daily execution and improvement of ITSM processes. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth delivery of incident, problem, request, and change management — while contributing to service strategy, CMDB accuracy, and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage and monitor incidents, changes, requests, and problems using ITIL best practices.
• Track key metrics (MTTR, WIP), identify trends, and drive service improvements.
• Assist in root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and service handovers.
• Support knowledge management and maintain data integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with users, partners, and project teams to improve service readiness.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, BMC Remedy).
• Strong grasp of ITIL processes — certification preferred.
• Confident communicator with analytical mindset.
• Committed to documentation, compliance, and service excellence.
