Information Technology Support Analyst

Location: London (Hammersmith)

Salary: £35K-£40K

InterQuest Group is partnering with a respected healthcare organisation currently seeking a dedicated IT Support Analyst to join their team.

In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with the IT Manager to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, computers, and other equipment across the organisation. You’ll play an essential part in maintaining system functionality for all approved users and ensuring best practices in IT support and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day functionality of all IT systems and devices.
• Liaise with the organisation’s primary IT support provider to maintain:
• Physical and network security
• Disaster recovery and backup protocols
• Data and virus protection measures
• Ensure effective IT asset management and availability for users.
• Participate in strategic IT planning and implementation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of databases – preferably SQL-based.
• Familiarity with VOIP technologies, phone systems, and Unix.
• Understanding of network engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
