Hybrid working: 3x in the office, 2x from home

What you’ll be doing:

As a key member of our IT service team, you will:

• Own, update and progress support tickets to ensure clients feel confident their issues are being actioned and resolved promptly.
• Meet and exceed agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain a consistently high level of service.
• Take responsibility for your professional development, actively enhancing your technical knowledge and capability.
• Organise and prioritise your daily workload to meet client expectations and deliver efficient support.
• Communicate professionally, positively and effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure clear, accurate, and timely information exchange.
• Be a visible and proud ambassador of Sharp IT, contributing to the strong reputation and ongoing success of our service team.
