• Take ownership of our Microsoft hybrid environment (Windows, Azure/Entra, M365, Active Directory)
• Drive meaningful projects that enhance our cyber security posture

• Collaborate with vendors on your terms, not theirs
• Actually have time to implement best practices and continuous improvements

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years in 2nd line support or equivalent (MSP experience welcomed!)
• Microsoft certifications and genuine passion for technology
• Someone who thrives with autonomy and wants to grow beyond reactive firefighting
• Strong communication skills - you'll be valued for your opinion, not just your output
