We’re looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Specialist with a hospitality background and a solid understanding of technology, especially within hotel systems and PMS. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting, onboarding and optimising hotel systems, especially modern, cloud-based PMS platforms. Your combination of frontline hospitality experience and technical acumen will help bridge the gap between operational teams and technology.

Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd-line support for PMS and hotel tech issues across multiple properties.
- Assist in implementing, configuring and maintaining PMS and integrated systems.
- Liaise between hotel operations and technical teams to ensure system adoption and smooth usage.
- Deliver user training, documentation and go-live support for new system rollouts.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal IT on system upgrades, data migrations and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Strong hospitality background.
- Proven experience in technical support, PMS implementation or a hybrid operational-technical role.
- Solid understanding of PMS and integrations in hotel tech environments.
- Confident communicator, comfortable training non-technical users and engaging with vendors.
- Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in fast-paced operational environments.
