Infrastructure Advisory Associate

We've been mandated by a globally top-ranked investment bank to hire an Associate into their Infrastructure Debt Advisory team in London. This team advises sponsors and corporates on complex financings across private credit, capital markets and structured solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute infrastructure debt advisory mandates across private credit, capital markets and structured financings, working closely with senior bankers and clients.
• Lead defined work streams on live transactions, acting as a day-to-day client contact and coordinating advisers and internal teams.
• Build and review financial models, credit analysis, debt capacity and covenant analysis to support transaction structuring and execution.
• Prepare and oversee high-quality marketing and transaction materials, including information memoranda, teasers and investor presentations.
• Manage and mentor junior team members while contributing to broader client development and investor relationships.

Qualifications/ Requirements

• 3–6 years’ experience in infrastructure debt advisory, leveraged finance, structured finance or a related investment banking / advisory role.
• Strong track record of executing transactions with excellent financial modelling, credit analysis and structuring capability.
• High academic achievement with strong analytical, quantitative and commercial judgement.
• Confident communicator able to engage credibly with senior clients, investors and internal stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented and able to perform in a fast-paced, collaborative and demanding environment.
