My client is a boutique Infrastructure Advisor; they are looking to hire an established VP with a strong interest to focus on debt advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of debt advisory mandates from origination through to closing.
- Structure and negotiate financing solutions across the capital structure, including senior, subordinated, mezzanine, and holdco debt.
- Prepare and present financial analyses, marketing materials, and lender presentations.
- Maintain and develop relationships with banks, private credit funds, and institutional lenders across Europe.
- Support business development by identifying new opportunities and preparing client pitches.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Skills and Experience Required:
· Experience: 6-8 years in infrastructure (Investment Bank, Project Finance, or Big Four Accounting).
· Technical Skills: Strong financial modelling, understanding of financial concepts, and valuation.
· Execution: Proven deal execution and strong performance.
· Communication: Excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
· Academics: Outstanding academic record.
