Innovation Product Manager

Preferred location: Nordics, UK or Benelux

Infor is seeking an Innovation Product Manager to join our dynamic global Product Management team for the M3 Industry CloudSuites. You will help shape the future direction of our industry-leading ERP solutions, with a strong emphasis on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI). In this role, you will be responsible for driving innovation and strategic product initiatives, typically by adopting technologies from our multi-tenant Infor OS Cloud platform, to deliver exceptional business value to our customers. All this in close collaboration with the rest of the team of experienced Industry product managers and aligned with our development team

.As an Innovation Product Manager, you will interact with a diverse group of stakeholders, including pre-sales teams, technical experts, development teams, industry strategy teams, other product managers and not the least our customers. Your focus will be on identifying and prioritizing new and innovative solutions that enhance our M3 Industry CloudSuite offering and improve our competitive advantage across the industries we serve

This is a customer-facing role where strong presentation skills are critical, in everything from virtual meetings, customer meetings to the ability to present to a live audience. You will represent Infor at user groups, customer meetings, and industry events to explain solution, our roadmap and direction but also to understand customer needs, challenges, and emerging market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and define the product innovation strategy and technical adoption for specific industry segments.
• Drive the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Machine Learning, IoT) into our Infor M3 Industry CloudSuites.
• Identify opportunities for new solutions that leverage cutting-edge technology to address customer business challenges.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and uncover innovation opportunities.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product visions to user groups, customer events, and internal teams.
• Work closely with pre-sales, development, industry strategy, and sales teams to shape product roadmaps and ensure alignment with market needs.
• Develop clear and actionable business cases and requirements for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions from concept to launch.
• Maintain a strong understanding of competitive landscapes, industry trends, and new technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of Infor M3 or similar ERP platforms strongly preferred.
• Strong passion for new technologies (especially AI) and their business applications.
• Experience working in a global team environment with colleagues across multiple time zones.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; confident speaking to larger audiences.
• Strong customer engagement experience — gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and influencing customer decisions.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently without direct management responsibilities.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 25%.
