London Bridge, SE1 - Hybrid Working (office-based on two of the three core days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the option to work remotely in the UK or from the office for the rest of the week)

We are now looking for an Innovation Project Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your Role
As Innovation Project Manager, you will work with UK Electricity Networks to accelerate progress towards Net Zero networks and support wider decarbonisation across the energy system.
Specifically, you will manage a programme of work made up of several projects and initiatives running concurrently, supporting their delivery and outcomes by building relationships with members and national working groups to understand their needs.
Leading the organisation of innovation events such as ENA’s Basecamp, you will bring innovators together to respond to issues and support problem solving. Alongside this, you will lead the development of ENA’s Whole System Innovation Strategy and support improvements to how Networks manage and govern innovation through the Smarter Networks Portal.
Additionally, you will:
- Develop and manage project plans, risks and reporting
- Manage suppliers, budgets and project costs
- Facilitate member groups to support collaboration and consensus
- Represent ENA in external forums and discussions
About You
To be considered as the Innovation Project Manager, you will need:
- An established understanding of project management methodology
- Strong drive to deliver for the benefit of stakeholders, and a collaborative approach to project delivery
- Highly organised with good attention to detail, while also being able to deliver quickly on actions
- The ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent verbal communications and presentation skills
- Excellent written communication skills for producing PM documentation, as well as contributing to industry reports and innovation governance documents.
- The ability to successfully work in a team environment and easily adapt to fast-paced and changing scenarios.
- The ability to adopt a collaborative style to develop relationships with colleagues and members
- A sound working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint in particular) and Microsoft Outlook
