What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sales Manager within our Allstar division. This position falls under our Chargepass line of business and is located in Swindon In this role, you will work as part of a dynamic and lively department with other Sales Managers, our teams specialize in working with businesses to provide payment solutions for their fleets.
The role of the Sales Manager is to lead and manage the operational performance of the telesales function, and to optimise revenue to the organisation through line management and continuous improvement.
This role will focus on leading a team of B2B sales executives, ensuring the team achieve their performance KPI'S. You will be a hands-on leader, coaching and developing your team members to ensure you hit sales targets and provide our customers with a five star customer experience.
You will be responsible for delivering against team sales targets ensuring systematic pipeline build and management, as well as guaranteeing all customers and prospects have a positive experience from Corpay.

You will report directly to the Head of Sales and will spend time working closely with our Marketing, Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams to ensure regular and accurate reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Coach and support the team on B2B outbound calling, qualifying leads and generating new business sales over the telephone and ensure that the CRM is updated.
- Supporting the team to work a strategic target list of prospects based on team type.
- Support the team by conducting account reviews to ensure that new business is optimised through effective account management. Ensure relationships are developed with customers to maximise upselling opportunities, acting as a point of escalation when required.
- Working closely with the sales enablement team, outline coaching and development plans for team members and onboarding plans for new team members.
- Working closely with the HR team to support new candidate attraction, recruitment and talent management.
- Remove barriers to productivity & success, through continuous and detailed reviews of business processes.
- Ensure you and your team comply with compliance and company process and policies are adhered to at all times. This includes adhering to applicable financial conduct regulations, where applicable.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent in sales techniques and able to share best practices.
- A master at coaching, mentoring and people management.
- A customer advocate, with the ability to translate this into actions within your team.
- Commercially astute, and able to interpret often complex data.
- Confident in your ability to report on team performance, and able to present outcomes to senior leaders within the business.
- Decisive and analytical, energetic and nurturing.
- Previous experience with Salesforce and Microsoft applications is desirable.
