We’re looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive / Inside Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. This is a new logo acquisition role, focused on companies with revenues typically <£500m.
You’ll be responsible for running the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—and will need to be confident generating your own pipeline through outbound activity. Marketing inbound support is available, but success in this role depends on your ability to drive your own opportunities.
This role would suit someone who has progressed from an SDR/BDR role into closing, with 1–2 years' AE experience and a hunger to grow in a high-impact, fast-moving environment.
· Own the entire sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and qualification through to closing.
· Self-source pipeline through cold outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and smart targeting, supported by Marketing campaigns.
· Focus on net-new logo acquisition in the SME/mid-market segment (typically <£500M turnover).
· Use MEDDIC, BANT, and other value-based selling methodologies to drive deal progression.
· Run compelling discovery conversations and present tailored solutions to senior stakeholders.
· Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, keeping activity levels high and deals moving forward.
· Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Product to deliver best-in-class customer outcomes.
· Bring back insights from prospects to help shape messaging, campaigns, and product strategy.
· 1–2 years’ experience as a closing AE, ideally in B2B SaaS, following experience as an SDR/BDR.
· Proven track record closing £20–40k ARR deals in cycles of 30–90 days.
· Comfortable building your own pipeline—this is a hunter role.
· Experience selling to stakeholders across risk, compliance, security, or IT is a plus.
· Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, BANT, or Command of the Message.
