Description
As an
Inside Sales Representative in CHAS, you’ll be at the forefront of driving new business growth. This is a
purely new business sales role where you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into new CHAS clients. Working across a range of channels including outbound calling, email, social media, and web meetings, you’ll deliver consultative sales conversations that uncover needs and position our CHAS compliance and accreditation solutions as the clear choice.
If you’re ambitious, target-driven, and passionate about sales – this is your opportunity to join a high-growth, market-leading business with plenty of scope for career progression.
What that means day to day
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn, web demos).
- Own and manage your sales pipeline from lead qualification through to close - with a sharp focus on meeting and exceeding individual revenue targets.
- Conduct engaging discovery calls to uncover customer needs and position tailored CHAS solutions to support their compliance, accreditation, and risk management goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new clients for delivery and account management.
- Develop deep product knowledge across the CHAS and wider Alcumus solution suite to identify cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline data in the CRM system.
- Continuously improve your sales skills, product knowledge, and industry understanding to enhance your performance and contribution.
- Maintain and expand a healthy, qualified database of potential customers using the CRM, and keep data cleansed and actionable.
- Represent CHAS at key industry events and trade shows to generate new leads and build relationships with prospective clients.
What you’ll need to be successful
- Proven success in B2B outbound sales, ideally in SaaS, compliance, or professional services.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets in a new business environment.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to run the full sales cycle - from discovery to pitching to objection handling and closing.
- CRM proficiency - ideally Salesforce or similar - and strong attention to detail when recording sales activity and data.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the resilience and tenacity needed to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales peers, marketing, and onboarding teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
