Are you passionate about sales and customer service? Do you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? World Wide Technology (WWT) is looking for x2 enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team!


The Internal Account Manager role resides within the Sales Operations Inside Sales team and directly interacts with the WWT Account Management teams, authorized supply partners, end-user customers as well as other internal WWT Operational support teams.

The primary focus is to initiate and provide day to day support of all quoting and order management activities within assigned accounts. This role requires a strong working knowledge of key internal systems and processes, in-depth knowledge of our go-to-market strategy as well as partner facing applications and promotions that allow us to competitively source products and services.

In addition, the Internal Account Manager will be expected to take a lead role in building and maintaining a high performance culture with all supporting teams, partners and customers resulting in the achievement of all financial targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for quoting and order management within assigned accounts.
  • Address customer requirements, including requests for quotes, order processing, product information, and order tracking.
  • Generate detailed quote and order management reports for key stakeholders.
  • Assist with license generation/requests and other customer inquiries.
  • Facilitate adoption and training for customers.
  • Act as a liaison for services such as workshops, labs, proof of concepts (POCs), and training.


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems.
