Mission:
As an Inside Sales Representative, your role involves sales activities, utilizing specialized skills to handle non-standard sales problems. You will evaluate sales inquiries more critically and offer tailored solutions to customers, improving the overall sales process and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify, research, and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and online tools.
- Initial Customer Contact: Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and pain points, and generate interest in our solutions.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the field sales or account executive teams.
- CRM Management: Accurately record and update all customer interactions, lead details, and activity in the CRM system.
- Campaign Follow-Up: Support marketing and sales campaigns by following up on inbound leads and event attendees.
- Collaboration: Work closely with field sales, marketing, and business development teams to align strategies and ensure seamless handover of qualified opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Gather insights from conversations with prospects to share with the wider team and help improve targeting and messaging.
