We’re looking for an
Insight Manager to play a key role in driving data-led decision making across the Club. Based at the iconic London Stadium, you’ll turn numbers into narratives, helping shape strategy across retail, marketing, digital, ticketing and fan engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Take an active role in the Club’s retail data & strategy project, analysing buyer behaviour, product performance and store activity to uncover actionable insights.
- Lead the Club’s fan research programme, managing post-match surveys and ad-hoc research projects—from writing and scripting surveys to reporting back findings.
- Analyse marketing performance, identifying what content resonates, which audiences engage, and how we can improve future campaigns.
- Support wider strategic projects across digital (web & app), ticket sales, season ticket renewals, and more.
- Combine internal data with external research tools to understand fan behaviours in key international markets and priority audience groups (youth, Gen Z).
- Manage or support ad-hoc insight requests, bringing data sources together to tell clear, compelling stories.
- Contribute to the Club’s long-term Insight Strategy, helping identify new partners, platforms and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a market research or data insights role (Essential)
- Experience in the sports industry (Desirable)
- Degree in Sports Management or Marketing (Desirable)
- Experience with research and data tools such as GWI, Blinkfire, Google Analytics (Essential)
Knowledge & Technical Skills
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint (Essential)
- Knowledge of analysis techniques (e.g., SQL, Python) (Desirable)
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI (Desirable)
- Understanding of research methods and survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey) (Desirable)

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Clear and confident communicator able to simplify complex data for stakeholders
